"WELL, MY GRANDSON AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 915 PEDIACTRIC TO OPEN. THERE IS ABOUT 8 PEOPLE WAITING. ALL WE HAVE GOTTEN ARE EXCUSES FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. JUST BECAUSE MY GRANDSON IS SOO AICK. WE ARE TRYING TO AVOID HOSPITAL VISITS. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THANK YOU"

"Awful environment or awful experience I’ve had !!! I had an appointment for my daughter today at 1. They kept sending me notifications of reminders for my daughter’s appointment. Tell me why I arrive at the appointment 15 mins later just for the lady to tell me my insurance is with another provider when I’ve been with y’all since my daughter was born. I’ve called multiple times about my daughter getting sick no call back or even appointments (telehealth) being on time. NOTHING!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I called to make an appointment for two hours and finally got answered just so the lady can put me on hold (waited 10 mins) just so they can hang up on me. I called back and no answer. I was switching doctors because I’ve heard tremendous reviews for Dr. Gomez as well as being new to El Paso. I’ve also read reviews of his staff with bad customer service and thought that I can bypass as not true but after this situation I unfortunately will be going to a new pediatrician for my children. This is so upsetting not only for the patients but the Dr as well. I hope he has a meeting in place to train because this is the worst drs experience ever!"

"I’m sorry but we have to say it how it is. The phone number doesn’t work or the person on the other end doesn’t answer. The doors are locked sometimes during working hours. The waiting time in the lobby and examination room can take longer than expected. My wife once witnessed the chorus of staff walk past her, ignoring her as she tried to check in. We love Dr Gomez, he listens to our concerns and thoroughly checks our kids but we’ve gone twice and waited almost 2 hours each time. Why?"
