"Very rude staff as others have cited, extremely difficult to get ahold of through the phone on multiple occasions. I will not be returning as every time I go, make an appointment, or call for questions I have been treated as if my son and I are an inconvenience. The tone of the front desk staff sets a very bad atmosphere 1 do not enjoy being in and I do not need that for myself or my family. I will be seeking a more professional and kind establishment from here on out."

Yes, the wait can sometimes be long but the providers are worth the wait. It was sad news to hear of the passing of the office manager but its good to know the new office manager is just as great as Mr. Hovis."
"I have to say that I am.very upset and disappointed with this office.i have 4 kids and have been here since they were born. My oldest is already 10. The seevice and the way patients are treated has decay so much. I took my kids since Monday. First of all I called since the morning (8:30 am) and at the front office (Mrs.Liz) said that the only available appointment was until 3:45 pm, very rude by the way (as usual). I took it because I need my kids to get seeing.(honestly most of the girls at the front office are very rude and make faces.) If I have stayed with the office for so long it is because of Dr Rodriguez who is a very good doctor and the convenience of them having a lab in the office. On Monday I took the doctor's visit at 3:45 with Dr kronfol who treated my kids that day. ( DR RODRIGUEZ WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY ACCORDING TO MRS LIZ). She treated my kids very nice and was very helpful however when it was time to pick up the medicine for my kids I was only able to pick it up for 2 of them because the dosage for the other 2 was sent incorrectly (which inunderstand). What i do not understand or appreciate is that the pharmacy told me that the call the office several times and the office did not return their call. I call the office several times and the same. They told me they gave the message to the doctor and that she was with other patients. At this point I was very frustrated it was already 6:30 pm from the following day and the office had not fix the problem so i could get my kids medicine. I also send a patient portal message it they did not answer anything but it showed like as if someone answer. I also notice that for one of my girls she came back with a UTI and no one follow up with a phone call so she can get trated. Most of the time when this happens Dr. RODROGUEZ always follows up with her patients and calls at any time. Since I was not receiving any answers from the office i called the after office line and the lady who answered told me that the pharmacy needs to call them if they consider it is important!!!!!! At this point i am even more upset and frustrated. She did not took my call the way it should have been. She could not care less of what I was telling her and still no one called me or the pharma back. I dont understand how does the pharmacy is going to determine what is important or not if they need to call the doctors office for approval of any modifications. If that is the case the mayme i should take my kids to the pharmacy so they can tell me what they have and need instead of a doctor. This is just terrible service and I am definitely switching providers. Maybe it will not make a difference in your office because we are only 4 kids but it is sad that because of the way the the staff treats people. DOCTORS LOSE THEIR PATIENTS. (FYI I still don't get a call back from the office or my kids medicine) I just got an answer for my daughter's UTI to setup another appointment instead of a follow up call from the doctor.(AS USUALL) WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS OFFICE???? I just called the pharmacy again and Mrs. Sarahi from the pharmacy told.me that they called the doctors office today again requesting the correct dosage and she also told me that the girl who answered was very rude and did not wanted to provide her name (she told her that she was just passing the message) and not helpful at all!!!"
"Staff is always friendly and willing to help immediately. When my kids get sick most of the times I can see a doctor the same day. All doctors are great however my kid’s doctor has been Kronfol, she’s a great doctor takes her time to hear your concerns. They have 2 offices one east and other one in west so it makes it easier for you to get seen with no long waits."
