Foxglove Apartments

"I've lived here for 2 years and EVERY OTHER WEEK they shut off the water not to mention THEY'RE A/C is absolutely terrible. They always say "the A/C works fine open your windows" but it doesn't. Its terrible nor does their heating unit. My family was freezing this year huddling to the fireplace most of the winter. Don't move here. The rent is overpriced for them to be turning it off from 9am to 4pm every other week or every week. This is definitely my last year with them as they are extremely inconsiderate to their tenants quality of life."

"Terrible place to live especially if you have children. The water is being turnt off almost every week for hours now. They used to send emails now they just cut off the water without warning. Said they'd turn on the AC a month ago and nothing it's now incredibly hot. Just disgusting Used a black light you would throw up and not wanna touch anything after seeing that. Creeky boards, small parking spots and lots. Not worth what they charge you for all those inconveniences. Toilets broke down a month after moving in. Did a cheap repair on the ceiling now have a big crack and paint hanging from the ceiling along with a leak whenever it rains, you can tell they really just slapped paint on anything and everything hair painted in the walls. If you're looking for the good ol cheap landlord special with expensive rent type apartments this is perfect for you. Ontop of ridiculous claims of lease violations. We have an exercise bike on our balcony and no bikes are allowed yet were would we put the why wouldn't a bike be put outside?"

"Do not recommend after 2 years of living here water what shut off almost 2-3 times a month for 5-6 hours for every excuse they had They keep your deposit for everything Mold in walls You have to pay for your own parking Because if you don’t your always left with out parking and have to park 2-3 buildings away They also have swamp coolers I had to buy 2 window units for the apartment to get fresh in side also office management once your out not even 2 days moved out sending you a notice that if you don’t pay the remaining balance of water they will send you to collection LIKE NOT EVEN 2 DAYS OF MOVING OUT!!! SMH DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR TIME"

"Overall, this apartment complex is ok. It is very clean, apartments are spacious, and management is ok but friendly. Reason for the 1 star review mainly is because they always shut the water off for long periods of time at the most inconvenient times of the day. They always claim its because of "maintenance" or "Improvement". Another major con is because of the lack of parking spots due to the complex not enforcing towing rules stated on your lease. There are broken down vehicles, vehicles on stands, and visitors that park in reserved spots that are not towed away. This could be mostly solved by designating the farthest parking lots as visitors only so that the actual residents can park next to their apartments that they pay above average for but as of 02/22/22, that is not the case. Overall, its an ok place to live, but its not worth it since the rent is definitely above average for what other apartments are charging nearby. Update 08/19/22 Management doesn’t answer phone calls and never returns calls like they say they will. Seems like they have no regard for anyones time except their own. AC units are junk and barely work since they are the old evaporative kind. They are trying to charge premium prices for apartments that are not worth that much money."

"Water is constantly being shut off for “maintenance”. There is only hot water in my building! Extremely difficult to shower comfortably. A/C is non existent. You’re better off buying fans or window A/Cs because cool air isn’t even generated let alone airflow. A slight breeze isn’t even felt in all the rooms. Not to mention in the winter, you have to keep the bathroom door open to let heat reach the rest of the apartment. And that’s if you remember to open up the flap on the ceiling. Garbage disposal is constantly going out, maintenance only ever “un jams” it. Only for it to stop working again. Call maintenance enough that they just start rejecting your call. Totally unprofessional. Management isn’t what it used to be."
