"This is an absolutely beautiful community. I have been living here for 9 months. It is so relaxing with great vibes where living here is complete, total peace, and tranquility."
"My boyfriend and I have been here for almost a year we loved everything at first. However We started having so many maintenance issues due to the apartments being old . The AC would not distribute to the room like at all and during the summer it was hell sleeping in a hot room lol. Maintenance would constantly come to try and fix it but I’m pretty sure it’s the duck work that needs to be fixed. I also had a lot of water damage to my furniture when it would rain. And the closet near the bathroom would also get soaked, I’m assuming there was a leak. Also the tub always gets clogged. Maintenance would always come and fix or try and fix everything but there’s only so much you can do. Over all staffing maintenance are awesome the property is just really old. Lastly if you move here DO NOT get the unit C1 bc of the specific area the corner of the living gets soaked when it rains."
"My husband and I have been living here for over a year now. I must say that we are very happy and live quite comfortably. The staff is excellent, and are always willing to help in any way possible. Usually if there are any maintenance issues, they get fixed that same day. My neighbors are nice people, the grounds are always clean, and the neighborhood is pleasant. The refrigerated air in the summer is definitely a life saver!"
"I lived here for almost two years and I loved it for the first 6 months. After that I started having issues with my utilities increasing every month, my garbage disposal constantly breaking (and the maintenance taking forever to come and fix it) and just like everyone else, THE ROACHES! It was so embarrassing to have people over and watch me kill roaches as if I live in a dirty apartment. And all management would tell me was that they were “water bugs” and that there wasn’t anything they could do. People constantly park where they are not supposed to and the rent is extremely high for poorly redone units. They charge you to clean the unit before you move out yet when I moved in I had to clean prior to putting my stuff in because it was still dirty! I left my apartment in better condition than what I got it in and I bet I’m still going to get a nice bill in the mail from what they say they cleaned. Take your money elsewhere this place is not worth it at all."
"SECTION 8 families are taking over! It USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, But it has now become infested with SECTION 8 families. I have to be honest. I am leaving because I refuse to give my hard earned money to a place that has now become SECTION 8! It will soon become Government Housing! Do not rent here if you have a job. The families feel entitled to park in your DESIGNATED parking spots, they bring their washing machines, they shut off the water during the day almost every day due to plumbing problems, and there’s families who do not even live here swimming in the pool. Look elsewhere. Such a shame! Don’t be fooled by the landscape. It’s as described! Many families are moving and are being replaced by section 8 families! You have been warned!"
