"Hi My name is MARGARITA MORALES, I ve lived here since 2012 till present. What i like the most here is OUR MANAGEMENT AND OUR MAINTANCE. MRS. BENCOMO has really made such an improvement at this community.. To when Mrs. Esquively or any other management and please dont take it wrong. Im.not saying they couldnt do the job. Basically they had alot of favoritism and got way toooo way involve in the gossip the community would create and not to fix the situation. But choose favoritism. Not only that Mrs. Bencomo explains to us the rules and makes you understand is only protocol from her superior and even tho probably at first im sure alot of residents here probably hated her, but this is what happens when u have someone always giving all in a silver platter and giving you favoritism. She's pretty fair with all of us,, follows protocol and is very ethictical , professional, and her knowledge is amazing and how she HAS grown among with us and i can highly speak for just about at least 90 percent of this community CRAMER COMMONS. I could not be more satisfied with the management here and the improvement she has made on all of us.. Shes taught us to be more than just neighbors, she taught us to take care of our grounds, educate our kids on how they aint gona be out late and destroying our community , to protect each other and not be enemies, to be a little more organized and clean inside our units take care what ENVOLVE has given us and its a priveledge to be able to accept the resident to have the priveledge to be here. To our maintance MR. Guillermo Villasenor such a dedicated person to his job, never late, always with the best attitude in the world, very friendly proffesional, and only one call and doesnt give you the round around or doesnt leave the job half ways. He really knows his skills and i feel before when we had water swamp coolers, HE would always do the job right none of this ever month putting a work order,, i mean if swamp cooler would have a malfunction was cuz use and abuse but not cuz he did not know what he was doing like other maintance we have had. And with now ENVOLVE and remodified community he keeps ground cleans and trash bind in good shape as when people or we get the outsider trowing trash in our trash bind. His a person who is highly respected by all of us here. A person we love because of his dedication and how he always helped the community with any malfunction here. It amazing how we come across people totally stranger and next thing you U HAVE SO MUCH APPRECIATION AND GENEIUN LOVE FOR THEM. THANK YOU LILY BENCOMAND GUILLERMO VILLASENOR. AND ENVOLVE FOR THIS PRIVELEDGE. I LOVE MY COMMUNITY HERE AT CRAMER COMMONS 11/20/2020 MISS MORALES ."
