"I've been living here for almost two years, and if not because of graduation and my work is in another state, I wouldn't move anywhere else. This place makes me feel like home. Cindy is a very sweet lady, super nice and helpful. The maintenance team are friendly and they're quick on arriving for your services. The rent is super affordable for college students. The environment and people in the neighborhood are very friendly. The location is closed to lots of great restaurants and it's just 7 mins driving from UTEP. I have great experience living here and I'd suggest it to anyone who'd consider living closed to the campus but don't want to pay for those overpriced dorms."

"The apartment is nice. I live In studio apartment which is quite cozy, it has big closet where I can put every stuff. And the person over there are so helpful. They address the problems, if any, as soon as possible. They are so kind and cooperative too. I have very good experience of living in this apartment."

"While I lived here I loved it. The office staff were so professional and friendly, and the maintenance were always quick and helpful. I really enjoyed the fact that the laundry units now accept cards, and the pools were fantastic and pretty clean. I always enjoyed my chats with Cindy and the other office staff when visiting them to pay rent and such, and they were very hospitable. These are very affordable apartments and it is so close to UTEP and other small shops/stores. I definitely reccomend these guys!"
