"Have been here for a year. Allways the people whom are only negative write their reviews. In most business; Hospitals, Universities, (my 20 years with both institutions as a manager and NP critical care/trauma .Its not perfect and they have done their damnedest with maintenance issues. My personal experience has been great and I am even looking to sign a new lease. You get allot more with honey and kindness people"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! We moved in about 2 years ago and our first year was great. Management at the time was very welcoming and kind. However, the issues started to arise this past year. We waited for so long for our lease to be over. -The apartments are so weakly built! Everything is falling apart, windows, walls, everything! Our floors were crooked. For almost $1,500 you expect a decent place. Management will not care to solve work orders unless you call them 50 times. -Management now is a nightmare. They’re so rude and unkind. They have some sort of superiority complex and spend the majority of the day hanging out at the other complexes so they never answer the phone. They are unwelcoming! Our issues never got resolved, and they were so unapproachable. -Security is a joke! Lately there has been so many young people moving in with tons of roommates, that it always smells like w3*d, we even saw people drop off suspicious items at the complex, and they have made a mess out of the building. The halls, elevator, pool, and all other amenities are always dirty now and management does not care. My car even got hit and there aren’t even cameras! Several neighbors told us they were getting things stolen from their porch and cars!! -At move out, expect to pay for everything! They charged us ridiculous things such as paint and a bunch of other fees. Don’t expect receipts or invoices, so say goodbye to your deposit. We left the apartment clean and they still charged us a hefty cleaning fee. They expect you to leave the apartment ready for the next tenant to move in right away. -The only one who cares for the building is the maintenance guy, the only one there. He’s the reason that building is still standing and literally works 24:7! Bless his heart! He’s so kind and the only one who cares. -The people who own this building and management are just money hungry. No wonder people move out every month. They day we left, 2 more families were moving out. Overall we’re so glad we don’t have to spend another dime and minute on that horrible place. I regret moving there."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! In May of 2021 my balcony started to “leak”… when I say leak I mean more of a waterfall, it would happen when it would rain. I took a video and emailed it to management, telling them it should be fixed so that it does not cause more damage. They hired some roofers, who pretty much ripped them off because it did nothing to stop the problem. Fast forward to July, the waterfall still exists, and yes I sent them another video. Management had even asked me who they hired such that they could try to get warranty work done. There is some serious incompetence happening here if you ask the residents who fixed the roof… try checking your accounts payable. In August, they address the issue by replacing the balcony ceiling with plywood. Come the next rainfall, the waterfall has now moved indoors. Rain water leaks from the ceiling in the bedroom, and seeps under the balcony door. We are now in September and there seems to be no end in site. All the while they charge $1250+ per month for rent. Full price for a broken apartment. I’ve asked to speak to a general manager, for over 3 weeks now, they can not even give me a phone call. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it was not like this before… again DO NOT MOVE HERE."
"Worst maintenance all the building is settling all the Walls are Cracking all the doors don’t close there is a big crack on the floor . I think this building is dangerous and should be INSPECTED BY a Structural Engineer that works for the City. Hope it doesn’t fall down."
"Great apartment complex to live in! Well maintained. Nice neighbors and good people. Very quite and safe.We are really enjoying living here. Location is amazing near by everything. Super clean."
