"Horrible company with worst support team ever, the designers are good but you cant get anything done because the support team would never understand your requirements. Same goes for the management. They charged me $549 even after I cancelled my subscription way in advance, tried calling them for a refund but the owners are too mean and rude that they won't return a penny. CHEAP!! Please beware, there are many US graphic companies that will do justice."

But most importantly she herself is a designer and when the design team can’t finish a piece on time, like a superhero Vippu comes to my rescue. "BUYER BEWARE! This company is not from the USA. They are from out of the country and the graphic design is of very poor quality. I canceled this service after the first month and the owner writes me many emails trying to get me to stay. I clearly said NO in all those emails and said to continue with my cancelation. They still charged me $549 even though I canceled far in advance, which I have proof of everything. I called/emailed the owner, which she finally called back saying she charged me trying to get me to stay. They never refunded my account so proceeded with a chargeback. This company had the nerve to try and fight the chargeback from the unauthorized charge. Very unethical foreign company!"

"Our Project Manager is extremely responsive and easy to work with. An absolute delight. I feel limited in the way I can communicate what I am looking for when creating a project. Designers seem to take inspirations very literal rather than as idea starters which has been tough. I was hoping for more creativity, but instead feel I need to enter each project knowing exactly how it should be executed. Now I know and will attempt to work under those circumstances. Everyone seems knowledgeable and professional. Overall a great solution for basic needs."
