It didn’t help that they never answer their phone calls & when they did, we were told one thing but had to do another. They kept telling us they would call us back but never did which only prolonged the whole process mind you I’m from out of the state. We even went in person just for it to be a waste of time. Eventually after trying for a whole month with them, we gave up."
