"Was a comfortable room and the shower was on point. Even housekeeping did a wonderful job."

"This hotel was the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. We don’t think the sheets were changed from the last guests. Crumbs in the bed along with long black hair. A lot of black hair in the shower and mold on the shower curtain. Would sleep in the car before wasting $147 on this place again."

"Had to find a place last second due to scheduling mistake. Mentioned to front desk staff I was traveling for work and that I would be working while there. Check into my room and WIFI is out... when I ask the same girl less then 10 minutes after checking in she tells me that WIFI was out and no telling if or when it would be back... This is insane to me, how would this not be something that was mentioned before I had booked a room(she even spoke about the WIFI) especially after I mentioned I would be working... I would not have booked if I had known before hand, feel ripped off and very unhappy. Room is very nice however soiled by the above experience."

"We called ahead to get an ADA room. But when we got there they had completely ignored the request. It made it very difficult for my wife. They would not correct their disregard for our needs. The building was well done. The housekeeping was excellent. So it is a shame we will never go back to this choice hotel."
