"The customer service is unsatisfactory. I went in to the clinic 7/25 and needed to get clearance from my doctor. Went back in 8/21 to be told I had to pay another doctor visit $99. I have not even started the program and I have decided not to give this site my business. I will be contacting the local news and BBB, etc. The attitude just because I challenged the time frame was it for me."
