"The team was nice and the location was convenient. However, billing makes no sense. I was told that with my insurance, I would have to pay 20% of the charge which would be 20 dollars per visit. I talked to insurance and they confirmed that I would pay 20%. After 3 visits, I've paid 60 dollars total and I received an outstanding bill that I owe an additional 14.38 for the first visit. The outstanding balance says I only paid 11.48 for this visit even though the last payments show I paid 20. Beware of nonsensical ghost charges."
