"It's always a pleasure seeing my sons doctor. I am just a level of frustration with care. We are going round and round with my sons care, we go there get his ears go home with ear drops and we have done this circle for a year. My son is 15 so getting a boy understand the importance of this is frustrating. Now we will look at one side of surgery when both are bad is not going to work. We were sent to him by his ENT doc. My son just wants to put his hearing aids on and feel normal plus I kept him from swimming because of this."

"It appears that reception didn’t let our audiologist know we were there for my son’s appointment so we waited 30 minutes before being called in. Once we were in though, Mari, our audiologist took such great care of our son. She always does. We don’t see her often but when we do, she’s so good and patient with our boy. We appreciate everything she does for him. She’s such an advocate for him with his school as well with regards to his needs there. She’s amazing!"

"It was ok. We had some scheduling issues because they have multiple locations and we weren’t scheduled at the same one we were referred to, so we arrived at the wrong one and had to be rescheduled. We are not close to anny location so after driving for over an hour it was disappointing. When we got to the new appointment location and time we found out the scheduling team didn’t reschedule it right. But the woman at the front desk was very kind and made it work. The audiologist seemed slightly frustrated that my 1 year old son with Autism didn’t cooperate well for a hearing test, so they couldn’t get all the tests done. We left with a “yeah his hearing is probably fine but you can come back when he’s older and try again.” I knew the process was going to be difficult but kinda thought they would have tools or strategies in place to help since they are a pediatric facility. Overall it confirmed enough that I won’t get a second opinion, but also likely won’t return."

"Dr. Robert Williamson was very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain all of our options and never made us feel pressure to make an immediate decision. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen."
