"Horrible experience!. This is the absolute worst medical experience of my life (and I am in my 70's). I was told by Dr. Hellman and at least 3 staff members that I would experience some stinging during my injections. They lied. The procedure was the absolute most painful thing that I have ever experienced. I ended up crying hysterically and swearing during it. When I went for my followup I requested that Dr. Hellman call me to discuss. Of course, as expected, that did not happen. In looking back I realized that Dr. Hellman probably did not spend more than 5 minutes with me during my initial appointment. I felt very rushed and was left feeling somewhat uneasy. I should have paid attention to that feeling. I have canceled all future appointments with them. Good riddance."
"The front staff are very friendly, considerate and fast with check-ins . The nurses and PA staff are incredible. Could not ask for better staff. My doctor ( Dr Higginbotham) has helped me more then any other pain doctor has. He has help reduce my pain to a manageable level. He is #1 in my book . Thank you advance pain care for all y'all do."
