"For a place that doesn’t have enough staff to run everything, they sure openly complain about training new hires. With a shortage of medical staff across, not only the state, but the nation - you would think they would welcome the relief. Instead of orienting their new hire, they just passed her off to another person, then another, then another. Also heard one employee mention how the new hire has to be able to “keep up” or she’s doomed. It’s an occupational medical center, not an ER - calm down. I personally watched one employee do the work of three people, so what does that say about the need for staff? I think it’s important for the staff to remember that they didn’t know what to do when they first started here. To judge someone for being in the same seat they once here in is disrespectful and gets them nowhere. From one medical professional to another — do better."

"Worst experience for an employee drug test I’ve ever experienced. We waited over 2 hrs when we were some of the first there. The staff was extremely rude. The employee doing my test told me to not come back after I thanked her for her time. She must have been in some kind of a mood but ya, this place was awful."

"Went just for a drug test something that it should take maybe 1 or 2 hours? I was there at 2:00pm they toked me to the back till 5:00pm and is because I said something if not they would of kept me there for more time just sitting there! Doctor came in the room not even 5 minutes less then that I was out of that room then he told me to go back to the front I thought I was done no I wasn't done and it was already 5:45pm so I told me if I was done they said no so I said you know what I been here all day what ever else I need to do more I will do it tomorrow! Bad experience that I went to in that place for a drug test I truly recommend people to go somewhere else stay away from that NOVA clinic!!! They dragged feet there."
