"I had a spinal fusion 2 years with Dr. Fox and it went great. He put me together beautifully after being directly hit by a car. Problems began after the surgery: when you called you could never reach his assistant and you always had to leave a message, which wasn't always returned the same day. Last month, by chance, i ended up with another dr from that office, dr. Webb. As im typing this sitting in their waiting room my appointment is 2 hrs pass the scheduled time!!! Every time i came here i always had to wait close to an hour because those morons schedule clinicals and surgery on the same day and often run late if the surgery prolongs. But even my surgery last week was 1.5 hrs late even though it was in the morning. Try to find someone else if you can because they're not worth the hassle. I also developed a staph infection after the last surgery and when I called the office and described my symptoms they told me to ice it. I ended up going into an emergency room and having an emergency surgery to clear it out."
