"As somebody that works in Healthcare, this has been the most unethical and unprofessional experience I ever had. Vanessa (LMRT) read my TB test and informed me it was positive. As somebody that works in healthcare I asked to see an RN which confirmed that my TB test was negative. If I have walked out of the clinic, I would have had to do a chest x-rays in order to confirm I do not have TB costing me $400-$800. This simple task shows the lack of professionalism this facility has, and I cannot think how they handle acute cases. Please go somewhere else where the ethical standards and personnel is well trained."

"The doctor I saw was abrupt and stopped me from giving details.  He clearly wanted short, concise details.  Was it because it was the last 45 minutes of the day?  He was irritated that I hadn't reached out to my PCP, yet he didn't ask why or let me explain (yes, there was a good reason!).  The only time he slowed down was after my test results returned and I could leave. But even then, when I asked questions, it annoyed him because he had essentially had to restate his discharge instructions.  I guess he expected me to listen to my discharge, nod my head, and leave. The nurse assistant was very pleasant. She kept me focused on reporting my symptoms but allowed me time to think. She was kind. It was nice to interact with someone who was positive there. She seemed happy to work there. Check-in was very easy; everything was straightforward, and the woman I interacted with was professional and not curt. There were two women working the desk, and they had a solid routine of processing patients."
