"I traveled to Austin from NY and had an accident while here. Luckily, my insurance company recommended going to CareNow to receive treatment. I was so impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout. I received care from Scott Doran who was so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this practice!!"

"Wait times were very long even with doing the web check in. Expected to be seen around the time when told to come in but in reality still waited for over an hour in the lobby. The PA was good and quick in her assessment but the attending staff seemed unmotivated and generally reluctant to engage."

"I went in because I’d been struggling to breathe for 24 hours. The nurse who took my vitals was extremely aggressive and rude which caused me to go into a vagal response and threw my vitals off. The doctor saw the vitals and said that I likely had severe anemia or sepsis, and that I needed to go to the ER. Never double checked my vitals. I went the the ER and my vitals were fine. This nurse should be fired for her poor bedside manner. Patients should be treated with care and decency. I do not have insurance and spent a lot of money I didn’t need to because of how this was mishandled. I will never return to this urgent care again."

"The staff were amazing. I went on a Sunday with an injured foot and everyone- the receptionist, the nurse, the Doctor and the x-ray technician- were all kind and professional. They all went above and beyond to make sure I had a good visit and was as comfortable as I could be."

I have never been to an urgent care this nice, ever. I am talking about the facility. The people, the services the cleanliness and the quality of care, all of it. This is the nicest place I’ve ever been to. Very lucky to have landed here and very appreciative. They took very good care of me after breaking my foot on Friday night. They’re making sure it’s gonna be easy for me to travel home and giving me a great referral for an orthopedic specialist in California. I highly recommend this facility to anybody having any kind of an urgent issue."
