"Nice people, good quality care, but since they opened a 2nd office, the communication is horrible. They did not remind me an appointment was due. I tried 4 times to get an Rx renewed. They would just keep dumping me into that department's voicemail (never a live person) who never returns a call. By they time they finally responded, I have to pay for extradited so avoid missing doses. Today again, I sent a note, someone responded by phone and connects me to a voicemail. I am losing sleep trying to get an Rx renewed. It's the same one they prescribed almost 5 years ago with no dosage change. Note, regardless of what you need, which office you want, there is only 1 phone number with very limited options. I had to "game the options" to speak with someone live line."
