"It was my first time there the girls Marie and Paige that helped me were beyond awesome! They were so helpful and kind! One of them took my blood for testing I didn’t even feel it. She was great and knows what she is doing! I will be back next week. Almost everywhere I go the customer service is terrible these days. Not this place they are the definition of customer service! I hope they get a raise fast because they deserve it! 100 stars!!!!!!!"

"I have been going here for 3 years now. I loved the staff they had there and had a great relationship with Dr. John and the assistants. I knew they cared about me as a person and agreed with their plan for my health. But now there have been 2 changes of doctors and completely new staff in front and new assistants. I called today to get a referral to see the eye doctor and they informed me they have a new doctor and I have to go back in to see this doctor to get a referral. The receptionist kept saying she was busy. I am done. I also do not like they are closed 2 days a week. I would have went to them yesterday with my emergency medical problem but they were closed. Looks like I will be shopping again for another doctor."

"I had a good one on one with my new primary care physician, and the staff was awesome at the Total Men's Care in Bastrop. Service with a smile. Clean, well kept, industrial environment. At times, though, I really felt rushed through the process, and my concerns were not always taken seriously . I was looking for a new primary care provider, and it looks like I still am. Always being told to return every week was a bit much. I did not agree with my diagnosis or maintenance plan. My insurance was pushing back with all the weekly charges. So all I can say is that this office was not for me at this stage in my life. Plus, the office hours were terrible . Only open 3 days a week."
