"I made an appointment to see Dr Anderson. I was told he isn’t taking any new patients (I wasn’t there to try and establish care) and then he didn’t see me, they sent in an NP. Not going back again, that isn’t an acceptable level of care to me."

"The shift towards online communication for appointments and results was a difficult one for me at first because it was not what I was used to growing up. However, if you are comfortable with the system ARC uses appointments and lab results are very easy and efficient. In office all of my interactions with staff from check in to doctor exams have been great. Our family has used ARC for years in Austin and now Bastrop, and have really liked our experiences."

"Went to Dr on Tuesday in Bastrop. Dr said if I had addt problems to call, or walk in to clinic. Sent message following day. No response, called and spoke to nurse on Thhursday around 4:10pm. She said she would discuss with Dr and call me back. It is now Friday and no return call yet. This is first time I have had a bad experience with ARC. I ended up buying otc ear relief drops to help somewhat. Really would have preferred a call back. Will probably end up going to after hours as problem has not resolved."

"They canceled my appointment because of a scheduling issue on their part. When I called to reschedule the office ladies were extremely rude, transferred me to the wrong department 3 times and never picked up my call. A phone call that should have taken 5 minutes was a 45 minute run around. Extremely unprofessional. I have given up attempting to get in touch, I could have drive to an actual appointment in Austin with the time it took them to mess up one simple task."
