"When delivering packages to this location for my job, the hispanic woman at the front is very rude. When walking through the front door she will always say who is it for with an authoritative attitude in a very rude manner. Customer service is not taught, or practiced at this facility!"

"ADC does not make you wait. Case closed that's where you go. Seems to me every other Dr is way behind always. If you sit for 20 minutes after your appointment time there is a number to call on the wall. Your complaint will be answered. On the flip side of that if you are late you are likely to get rejected. A small price to pay I think. As far as the care they are good too. No issues you wouldn't have anywhere."

"Trying to make an appointment. Disconnected every time I call no matter which department I tried. Also, their outgoing message says they are open 3:3 PM to 8:30 PM. Really? Online says 8 AM to 8 PM. Finally got an appointment by calling the ADC main appointment and they were able to make any Easy Care appointment. So far the care is not EASY."

"I have been to this clinic twice. I scheduled appointments both times. They got me worked in around my work schedule and I was seen within 5 minutes both times. I have been to a couple different urgent cares in Austin is this is by far the best one I've been to. It's really nice knowing that I can get seen when I need to be."

"Very efficient check-in. I came in for an EasyCare (urgent care) appointment. They fit me in within the hour, and they take Blue Cross. I was billed upon arrival, which made it nice to get that out of the way up front."
