Appointment time confirmed while making the appointment is NEVER the same appointment time as the clinic data base. All and any appointments will take 2-3 from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave."

"I had in appointment here to off from my work to come to my appointment waited 40 min in the lobby and when they call me in they say we can’t help you because your here for something else and your appointment was for just for fallowing up I told them no because the person that scheduled my appointment I told them what I exactly need and when they check they say ya we see that she noted what you told her but she didn’t schedule the appointments and even after they clearly see that it’s a mistake from their says they can’t offer me same day appointment they want to through me all the way to next year I know they don’t get paid good but they can’t not be doing their job good you don’t like your job leave it don’t just treat people like that not even apologizing like you can tell they are just not wanting to be here"
