"It is extremely difficult to get an appointment. My family doc sent out the referral letter to them (Texas Diabetes and Endo) and I was told that the office will call me in a week to arrange the appointment. I waited three weeks and no call. I then call the office five times. No one picked it up. I left message and no one returned my message. I had to drive to the Davis Ln office, and ask for an appointment. The front desk said that belong to a different department. I said I have to talk to someone. Then I got a office manager. I finally got a appointment. Four weeks had passed when I finally got a doc visit. The doctor (Dr Tira Chaicha-Brom) was very nice, knowledgeable professional. I really like the doctor, but the scheduling was too hard."
