"Capital Pain Institute took over Balcones pain management and it’s been a disaster ever since. I found Balcones pain management after two other horrible profit driven pain clinics. I hope Dr Ganti can find a better place to work. He deserves better and he knows his patience deserve better. There is no reason on earth that it should’ve taken two weeks and I still haven’t gotten my refill. I purposefully scheduled my appointment on the day My prescription needed renewing. I thought there shouldn’t be a delay. After multiple attempts for my pharmacy to contact multiple attempts from me directly to contact them and it’s been more than two weeks!I have missed work because I’ve been in too much pain."

"The office is well organized and friendly. Each person I interacted with was supportive of my individual needs. Dr. Church did an excellent job during the consultation interview. He listened carefully to my pain experiences and offered various methods of treatment."

"Edit: Still no complains about Dr. Patel. He's great. However, his assistants seems to be in need of some additional training. It's been over two months of me trying to get some paperwork from them to give to the VA. I've been calling and leaving messages i don't even know how many times now. His assistant never picks up. Not even once. So I have to keep leaving messages and literally be sitting by the phone waiting because god forbid I miss their call back, cuz then it's back to square one. And the operator said I can't have their direct line or even an extension for whatever reason so I guess I have to keep bugging them to transfer me every time. Getting really tired of the runaround and jumping through hoops to get some basic paperwork done... ----------------------------------- Absolutely phenomenal service. I've been a patient of Dr. Patel for over a year and he has been incredible in taking care of my back issues, explaining everything in detail and referring me to other skilled professionals for additional testing and treatment. He really takes the time to connect with his patients and make sure they feel comfortable and confident going into the procedures. I had some questions about my coming up procedure and called the clinic. The nurse was able to quickly get the answers for me from him and said that he even offered to call me back himself to explain stuff. Nowhere else will you see this kind of dedication to the patients. I'm really glad that he's my doctor."

"Saw Dr Church and an assistant for very first time. They spent lot time speaking with me and getting to know my background etc. He seems like a very compassionate doctor and had several options on how he would treat my pain. Out if all pain doctors I visited over the years they know more about me than any of my last pain doctors. I feel so blessed to have just googled a pain doc in Austin and I got him. His bed side manners are impeccable. The girls and guy up front are so friendly and treated each patient they spoke with in a very friendly and professional manner."

I’ve never felt more listened to and cared for by a pain specialist than during my appointment, and I appreciated that he was just as concerned with managing my pain as he was giving me a safe dose/combination of medications. The last clinic I was a patient at did not make me feel heard or safe, and they did not treat me with dignity or respect that all patients deserve.
