"The front staff are incredibly rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming and messed up scheduling on more than one occasion. The orthotist never introduced themself. She was very vague and unclear with her instructions. She was also not very friendly or warm. It was also very hot in the waiting area/office. They didn’t seem to fit my daughters head right with the helmet. The helmet would move all the time. Now her head is very misshapen. I was told it will grow into itself… but I’m thinking this isn’t true. I would not recommend this place."

"People are great but parking is awful. I always have to park 10 min walk away from place and they do not validate parking if you use the hospital parking. Awful for my son who has to go to the place for his scoliosis. Walking so far hurts his back."
