"Worst scheduling system ever! I have gone to this facility many times over the years for different issues. I have recommended this facility many times. Never again. I called to make an appointment a few weeks back and was directed to their online system. Made an appointment for today. Received email confirmation. Arrived prior to appointment and hear receptionist telling a mother of a patient who made appointment online for her son that her appointment had been changed. She was never notified. Receptionist says it’s their system snd nothing can be done. They are booked for 3 weeks. So they call my name and I get the same story. What kind of organization are they running. We aren’t making appointments for the fun of it. We are in pain and need attention and MH can’t take care of us. Time to find another physical therapy office. MH you’re right up there with Kingwood Hospital. And that’s pretty bad!!!"

"The front office staff are kind accommodating and really work with patients to get the best schedules. The therapists are very professional working hard to find the right exercises so patients improve. They encourage patients and challenge them. I would not go anywhere else."

"I had TKN done last April in MH. Started PT the next day with Amber. Loved her . Loved the center. Loved every single PT , those that not only worked with me , but others that didn’t would stop in during my session and check on me. A young woman named Christina” Tina” was amazing at helping all of the clients and all of the staff , to make things flow smoothly. The place was upbeat , good music, a great team of PT professionals. I moved from TX in June so have now worked with two other PT groups. The first was small and a bit tatty. I injured my shoulder during the finish of PT on my knee , at the first facility , and after surgery on my injured shoulder at a different facility. This facility has a better set up than the last and the PT’s that have worked with me are polite and friendly. BUT they are not the Kingwood MH PT center. I miss you all. The care you took. The one on one you developed and the encouragement the whole staff displayed toward me. Well done all!"
