"Want to get a taste of the Old West? Take the family to Stockyards Station for the daily cattle drive at 11:30 and 4 pm. It’s fun to see the huge horns on the longhorn steers as they parade up the street. And there’s plenty of western themed shops and restaurants to walk around and enjoy. It’s a great tourist place and a fun afternoon when visiting the Dallas Ft Worth area."
"Great place to experience the Fort Worth Stockyard Cowboy life, plenty of western clothing, hat and boot shops. As well as restaurants and bars. Go have a good time!"
"Fun place to go if you have time to kill! Good selection of places to eat, cattle drive twice daily. Horse rides and petting zoo also available. It was a nice place to experience Texas!"
"It's very beautiful, to say the least. There is so much to see and do. Nightlife at its beat. Great place for a romantic getaway. The arena has multiple horse and bull riding events, Western shopping, and the whole environment. The hotel in the area is phenomenal. There's an extensive number of restaurants. A must-see. The taxidermist store can be overwhelming"
"My best friend and I were visiting my sister who lives north of Fort Worth. She took us to the Stockyards and we had a wonderful time. So much history to learn, old buildings to check out, and great places to eat. The John Wayne museum is close by The Coliseum and just going into the lobby was great. The General Store was a great place to pick up souvenirs for the family."
