"I was acknowledged when I walked in and dealt with as a new patient politely and kindly within a few minutes. By the time I went in to see the Doctor, the receptionist had contacted my insurance and quickly made sure I understood it all. I had the usual questions to answer and blood pressure and was then taken to a comfortable room where the Doctor came in and started an army of staff running round giving me shots, taking bloods, putting me on a nebulizer etc. wow! Awesome. The team were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and very reassuring. The staff and clientelle that I saw were mostly Hispanic which I am not, at no point was I left to feel out of place or at the wrong doctors. I did read the other reviews and nearly didn't come here but the experience other people had was a completely different one to the experience that I recieved. I cannot compliment the members of this practice that I dealt with enough. I went in feeling so very poorly and came out feeling a little better knowing I was being looked after. I really do suggest you try for yourselves."
