"Those in the office serve with bad taste and the truth is they need more training! Firstly, I think that the courtesy of letting the patient know that their appointment was canceled would be a good practice due to which some lose work due to their health! Second they said my insurance is invalid when I used the same insurance from years ago but apparently they couldn't take the time to call and verify that it was active. Why are they there then, isn't it their job? Because it was only verified “online”. Oh, and a few months ago they almost forced me to get vaccinated against the flu and it turns out that two weeks ago I got the flu with all the symptoms. The credibility and manner of attention has become the worst. They lost two patients today. Save yourself the headache with another office."
