"Im extremly upset about my exspirience, im at the end of my pregnancy and had an appointment with my doctor, after the doctor was done speaking I requested the specific things that I needed... first was prenatles, second was a reference to another doctor for a blood condition that I had, also I stated that I needed my labs...the doctor said I could get my labs in the front but cut me off as I was asking questions and tells me she will be back. Next the nurse comes in and tells me that I am free to go. I ask them where my labs were? they say i could sit down and get my blood drawn, but i needed the labs that were already on file, not new ones...I have to track down the doctor, and ask where my prenatles were??? if she could reference me for my condition??? she says my prenatles were at the pharmacy... which btw were not.... also she says she doesnt know if she could reffer me to a different doctor for my condition?????? i said great and pick up my labs at the front... deffinetly switched doctors!"

"JUST FOR EVERYONES INFO....THIS DOC. WILL DRUG TEST U WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT...WONT TELL U ANYTHING. PURE VIOLATION OF 4TH AMMENDMENT RIGHTS WE'RE CLEAN AND BEING THREATENED BY OUR NEW DOCTOR THAT DURING DELIVERY IF WE FAIL THAT TEST CPS WOULD GET INVOLVED.WE'RE READY BUT HE'S A DIRTY ASS DOCTOR WHO SHE BE ROMOVED FROM HIS FEILD OF STUDY.If I could give them a zero I would. The doctors are very rude and asinine. My wife has been going through some pains and she asked them and they just had a smart ass reply. She said " Well maybe its cause you're pregnant". Yet she talks to my wife like its her first pregnancy with our two other kids present. The final straw was when they stopped working with us about my wife's schedule. Our appointments had always been on Mondays,sonograms and all and then our last appointment they told us our following schedules are now moved to Thursday's cause they only do sonograms on Thursday's not remembering that we have always had them on Monday's. So we decided to move doctors and asked for a medical release form last Monday on the 12th of June 2017 it is now the 19th and they still have neglected to fax the paperwork as a man whitenessing what my wife is going through I strongly advise others not to choose this clinic. Very unprofessional even the secretary's are rude."

"I actually loved the hospitality they show. Im always created by the lady in the front I wish I remembered her name but she's always a breath of fresh air. All the women are polite and helpful. The waiting room, restroom, and rooms looked very clean, so that's important to me. All though this is my last pregnancy I will defiantly recommend this place to other women."

"Im on my second pregnancy, my first i came here to get a free pregnancy test, they allowed me to come back for the next 2 more visits. At the same time i was in the process getting my insurance. I got chosen a different insurance by a different one they didn't accept. In between those 2 times i went back, i bled and had strong cramps! I went back took a pee test and even talked to a nurse told her the pain that i was going through. All doctor told me was that i had an urine infection. Also they told me that was the last time they could attend me unless i change my insurance provider. Leaving the obgyn thinking i was still pregnant. A week later i went to go see a doc in mexico. And she did alot more to me than this clinic ever did in my 3 visits i was attended. And came to found out i had a miscarriage. A few weeks ago. I was so pissed that the whole time i left the clinic thinking i was fine! I ignored the clinics phone calls to reach me. But they had no idea i had a miscarriage. A few months past, i went back to get another free pregnancy test. The reason i keep coming back is because this is the closest obgyn to where i live and work. Anyway i took my pregnancy test again and it came out positive. The nurse at the front told me in order to come back to continue attending me with my checkups i had to change insurance providers and she recommended me some. And so i did. But the whole process for me to wait for my new insurance id card took about a month or so. I called back as soon as i received my card to schedule my apointment and the lady who picked up the phone told me i had to go look for a new obgyn! That they dissmissed me for not giving them a call back. I told her i never recieved any calls nor letter from them saying they were going to dissmissed me. And the only calls i got from them was like 6 months ago from when i was pregnant the 1st time. I tried explaining to her that why didn't they tell me that when i went recently to get a free pregnancy test. That the nurse upfront told me all i had to do is change insunce providers! I waited all this long for my new id card to get in the mail just in order for thiss clinic not to accept me! Horrible!"

"So to start off I wanted to find a clinic that I could start going to full time, I call ahead of time due to having no insurance and tell the lady that answered the phone exactly what I needed done and that I needed the total price of everything that I would pay in cash I did not want any surprise's when I got there. So we schedule my appointment I have the cash ready to go, get there was not a long wait at all, When I got back the nurse first gave me everything to get ready and when the doctor came in I started explaining everything I had been experiencing, she asked me why I did not go in sooner and I explained due to not having enough money and no insurance no one would see me, well after my exam the doctor walked out and I could hear the Doctor and the nurse talking about me and laughing which really bothered me. I got very angry and then the doctor comes back and says they would need to charge me more money for a shot that I was like I knew exactly what I needed and that I couldn't pay. It bothered me ow unprofessional the Doctor was and the nurse as well. I will never go back and now I am hit with a debt for lab work that I never asked for...This place is horrible and very rude people in my opinion. I will not be paying the lab work due to the fact I did not ask for it. I will be calling the debt collectors to explain what happened. I think the doctor should be fired she should be more professional than what she was."
