"The doctors are great (which is why I gave it 2 stars not 1) this may be the worst run and managed operation I have ever experienced, last minute cancellations, never a return call after multiple messages through the worst call center - Helping care for elderly parents is hard enough - to add a doctors office that communicates so poorly, and is so poorly operated - it’s nothing but disappointing."
"Delayed care that endangered my kidneys. Trying to have a resolution last 6 months. I had to beg them for appointments, they missed to schedule a test that I had to do myself. Staff doesn’t even know IC10 coding. Portal highly unresponsive. I do not recommend neither the urologist nor the staff. Let alone the surgery scheduler, who does not call and when finally got a hold of, was more worried about justifying herself than helping. Miranda Hardee was polite but showed no interest in resolving my issue. Her scheduler Cindy was rude and wouldn’t return calls. Next urologist got me up for surgery right away. I honestly doubt credibility of reviews in Google because they can remove them. Go to Yelp or Medical grades to find out the truth about this practice."
"The front desk personnel were great! However, medical staff (including the doctor) treated as if I were cattle coming through. From my experience, this culture trickles from the top. My doctor was incurious and presumptuous. I won't go back to this location."
"I don’t believe in the review culture but this place is so miserable I have to share my experience in the hope that nobody else goes here. After waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time even though I was the only person in the waiting room I get called by a nurse who has a ‘I hate my life’ look on her face and a personality to match. She shows me to a restroom, tells me to pee in a cup and write my name on it. No label with the date, time and your name already printed on it like most professional places, nope, you just scribble your last name on a cup. The restroom is a total pigsty with Toilet paper all over the floor. I ask her what she is testing for and she just gives me an eye rolling look for a reply. She then shows me to a room, points at a chair and says, ‘wait there.’ In walks Kocurek a few minutes later. After introductions I quickly realize this guy is the biggest jerk I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. I’m fine with the A#shole demeanor if they are also smart and efficient at what they do but he is a clueless fraud. A common oppurtunist. A low life thief. He has a defense mechanism. He regurgitates a 1989 anatomy book at you using terms and words he hopes will go over your head, never arriving at a point, when he can’t answer your questions that you paid him an obscene amount of money to answer in the hopes that you’ll just leave. I wasn’t impressed that he was capable of rote memorization and tried to keep him focused on actually giving me help that I already paid for. He began to hurl insults at me, at least in his mind, calling me a ‘smart aleck,’ etc. I tried to keep him calm, but asking simple questions like, ‘What’s my condition called?’ ‘What’s the solution?’ just enraged him further to the point where he finally threw up his hands and shouted, ‘I don’t know! I don’t have time for this!’ And then he stormed out of the room. I won’t even get into the front desk/billing debacle they put me through, this is already too long. So, I left that place even more frightened and confused about my urological issues than when I went in and for that they charged me 300$."
"Awful experience here today as I brought my father to see Dr. Baker. We arrived, checked in and paid co-pay and were told we were all set. We sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour until I went and asked how much longer we’d be eating for as we kept seeing other patients come and go. They said they’d find out. 20 mins later nothing, I went and asked again and they still were trying to find out. 20 more mins later we’re finally informed that his appointment had been cancelled since yesterday and he was getting rescheduled. 1. We didn’t receive neither a call or text to inform us the appt had been cancelled. 2. I don’t believe it was cancelled yesterday as I was able to do his online check in when I received the text with a reminder for his appt. 3. How did they not inform us of that as soon and we checked in today instead of making us wait nearly two hours for nothing. 4. As we were being told about the cancellation I received the next with the new appt for which we weren’t even asked if that date and time was okay with us and we were right there. If i hadn’t gone to ask what was going on we could’ve been waiting there all day long and they wouldn’t have said nothing. This is really upsetting as the receptionist only kept blaming this to their “new system” and couldn’t tell us who actually cancelled the appt or why we weren’t notified. We both took the day off work to make it to the appt today and now we have to take another day off just because of their lack of communication. Will definitely be looking for a different office. To everyone else, make sure your appt is actually happening before going in to waste your time. You’re simply better off elsewhere."
