Upon asking why I was not informed earlier, they have the lame excuse of having left a voice mail. They did not have the courtesy to follow up or send an email or message. I was lucky to have called before heading there. Thanks to this mess up, we are unable to get another appointment for 2 months here or at other providers. They were not willing to help either."
