"Would highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care. It is a walk-in base, but you can go online and book your immediate appointment and check-in/ fill out the paperwork in advance. The wait in the waiting room was quick and the Dr. Was very pleasant and attentive. He was compassionate to what I was going through and did a thorough examination and explanation and gave me time to ask questions."

"After pulling a ligament in my knee on Saturday 1/27/2024, I consulted with my insurance and was able to get a same-day appointment at Carbon Health urgent care on Great Hills Trail, Austin. The attending doctor, Jennifer Nuessner and her staff provided excellent care, including an x-ray; also assisted me in learning how to wrap my knee to keep it more stiffened and avoid pain. Very helpful with suggestions of physical therapy, continued care, and where to order supplies to assist in my mobility. Very pleasant experience. I felt respected at all times. Because of the proximity of a very popular grocery store in the same shopping complex, If possible, make sure to try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early in case there are parking issues in the vicinity of the clinic. "I had a wonderful experience today at Carbon Health. In years past, I would go to another urgent care clinic for my family's weekend emergencies. However, the last two times I had attempted to get medical care at one of those other providers, I was met with either a two hour wait time or negligent front desk staff. Today, I used my insurance company's website which suggested Carbon Health as an option for my care. What a great suggestion that I'm so glad I took! I called Carbon Health and Helen answered all of my questions and offered to schedule a same-day appointment for me. An hour before my appointment, I received a text reminder that my appointment time was coming up. When I got to Carbon Health, it was immaculate and Helen went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I waited no more than five minutes while Helen took my insurance information, and then Robert took me to an exam room and completed my vitals. Robert had such a great disposition and was so kind and gentle when I wasn't feeling well. Khady treated me and immediately began diagnosing my issue and letting me know what tests she thought I should take to rule out various conditions and accurately treat my pain. All of this was done in a peaceful, clean, beautiful facility. When finished and was on my way out, Helen made a point to tell me that she hoped I would feel better soon. Everyone at Carbon Health was so kind, engaging, and truly committed to helping me feel better. Carbon Health will now be my go-to for unexpected health concerns."
