"I highly recommend ENT and Allergy Center of Austin. I just moved here from Frisco in July 2023. I was a new patient, and the call to make my appt was extremely easy and quick. All staff that I interacted with during my visit were kind. Also, I should mention that I arrived at my appt about 10 minutes early, waited no longer than 5 minutes to be taken to the examination room, then I waited less than 5 minutes for the doctor to walk in. I also recommend Dr. Briggs. I have a VERY significant sinus and allergy history, and Dr. Briggs had already reviewed my records to be able to address all of my concerns. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and had great bedside manner."
