"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in for some blood tests, my appointment was scheduled for 1 and I wasn’t seen until almost 3 pm. When I left I was given a card with an appointment date scheduled to receive my lab results. The woman at the desk was talking to me but she wouldn’t even look at me. I had to ask her “are you talking to me”? Because that’s how unsure I was. She clearly doesn’t like her job and they clearly will hire ANYONE to work their front desk. I never received a call that day and when I called they always said the doctor was with someone. Later on that evening I was told by front desk receptionist that she would gather my lab results & I would definitely receive a phone call no later than 8:00 pm. It was about 7:45 pm when I decided to call back. The lady answered the phone and kept me on hold until 8:00 pm when she disconnected and their office was now closed when I tried calling back. I called the next day & as I went to explain to the front desk receptionist what had happened she hung up in my face and didn’t call back. I found out when I called back that her name is Ashley. Make sure you don’t do any business with her. Also, the next lady I spoke with kept interrupting me, wouldn’t let me speak and just kept trying to take my name down. She said the doctor isn’t in and I still have not received any lab results. This place has piss poor service, poor staff, and I would not recommend anyone to go here for services."

"Horrible, horrible experience! I have been trying to get a referral for my father to see a podiatrist for TWO WEEKS NOW! I have been getting the run around from the staff/personnel that the referral was sent over and for some apparent reason it hasn’t made it to its destination! The simple task of verifying/sending over a referral is too much for this staff to handle and clearly it can’t get done in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism, the lack of paying attention to detail, and even the lack of training in this office is more than evident. Never had I encountered such an unprofessional group of people that can’t even get one task done RIGHT. Where is the disconnect? How challenging is it to get a referral sent to a specialist? I will definitely be following-up with the doctor because this is clearly a poor representation of the entire staff in itself and of his office manager. Unacceptable!"
