"First time going to the Emerald pediatric office and I already had a great experience. The lady at the front desk was friendly and she was very helpful. Went for a scheduled appt for one of my daughters and my 2 yr was also sick and I asked if she could be seen right there and then, she was able to accommodate my 2yr. The doctor was very nice and attentive she explained everything well and asked if I had any questions! Overall great service and experience with everyone at the office. Thank you all!!"
"We been going to this office for the past 4 yrs. Staff and doctor actually cared about their patients , took the time to find out what the issue was. They now have new staff and a new doctor. My daughter was seen today , she came home crying cause the doctor rushed her didn't care what her symptoms were and kept asking about vaping. Her symptoms have nothing to do with that. She left the doctor's still not knowing what is wrong with her. It's not the flu though. If y'all don't care about your patients then you're in the wrong line of work."
