"I have not had a good experience with Dr. Patel, reading her great reviews was the reason I came to her however all these great reviews was not what I experienced. Her staff was fine, they did well. However, Dr. Patel did not seem like she cared at all about me, or how I was feeling. Yeah I understand you see a lot of patients. But I'm sick, and I came to her for help and I didn't feel like I was helped in anyway. I told her some things that were wrong and she didn't even have any follow up questions she just was going to send meds to my pharmacy in which I went to pick up the next day and they were not even there. I called 3 times the next day, her office did not answer. Then I call 3 more times that afternoon and still couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I really needed someone who cared, to help me figure somethings out and unfortunately Dr. Patel did not even show she cared or was passionate about doing her job."
