"There is 100% no communication between the parent and the therapist. I was 15 minutes late to my zoom meeting for my daughter, no one picked up. I called immediately, got vm, and left a message. Now it is almost a week later and still not even a follow up to let us know that we missed the appointment and why wasn't she able to hop on for the remainder of the time we will be billed for. It's also beyond this one incident. Bringing my daughter to therapy (8) I want to know somewhat, what is going on, I don't mean details, but can you tell me even structure wise what is going on and what is going to happen. We have had 4 sessions and it's like what is even going on over there. I completely do not recommend this practise to anyone, I hope they get it together. Parents need help and this is not the place to find it."
