"I shopped around for my DOT physical. This was the best place I had found. They had a lot of great reviews. They took the time to explain everything that a DOT physical accessed and the process that made up that assessment. When I went in, I was greeted and asked about the purpose of my visit. I filled out my paperwork and sat back down. Other people came and went and the reception room wasn't full but this place stayed busy. My turn was called, and I did a urinalysis, then a hearing test along with a vision screen. They checked my pulse and blood pressure. They also asked some questions about my medical history. After that, I got to see the doctor who checked my eyes, then my breathing and mobility, and checked my gut for a hernia. They asked a few more questions about my history, and that was all. I waited a little while more while they finished up my tests and paperwork. I didn't time it, but I probably spent just over an hour in total. I wasn't in a hurry, but I felt like that was an acceptable amount of time to spend on this exam that would enable me to work. I saw some reviews stating long wait times. Those people were probably impatient or didn't want to be there. I would highly recommend this place and would use them in the future."

"DOT Physical needed. Took me as a walk-in like most places. The PA was pleasant. Medical assistant pleasant. FRONT DESK ladies had a corncob stuck somewhere. Apathetic disposition. Not even remotely friendly. No big deal. Maybe negative Google reviews might straighten them up!"
"I first began using WellNow on the occupational side for drug screenings and workers comp related injuries. During these instances I never had a problem and grew fond of the providers. I had a significant injury a few months back and Clay really took the time to explain different treatment options. Needless to say WellNow is my choice for Urgent Care in the area."
