"My mother had a hip surgery done on 12/27/2023 by Dr. Ihekweazu. This was our first time as a family to encounter this type of surgery. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process, including the doctor. I would like to give a shoutout to Hoda, the patient representative, for her professional service in helping us check in for the surgery. I would also like to a special shoutout to Habaaq, the nurse aide, who rendered excellent support and assistance, as my mother was recovering from her surgery. Her compassion and empathy was duly noted. We hope to continue having more positive interactions with the staff as my mother has her follow-up appointments."

"I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I have had surgery here 4 times now and have NEVER had a negative experience. The staff is friendly and super helpful, the rooms are private and clean, the beds are comfy with linens on them and care is truly personalized. I usually don’t wake well from anesthesia, but my care team found a personalized cocktail of medications to wake me peacefully and slowly—which no hospital I’ve been to has done before. My nurses went above and beyond. My pre-operative nurse even numbed my hand before placing my IV and came to check on me and brought a gift the next morning on the ward. I was well taken care of throughout the night, with my nurses answering my every call promptly and always knocking before entering. The food was wonderful, and they even made me a full meal after hours on a Monday evening after my surgery. Best surgical experience and hospital stay I have had!"

"My son was here for knee surgery. I was amazed with how friendly, concerns and quick response by the nurses and med staffs. The location has nice cafe shop where also serve hot breakfast and meals. Waiting area is comfy."

"I tore my ACL + the root of my lateral and medial meniscus. Surgery seemed daunting at the time, but these nurses are literally the best people. Simpson was very sweet and personable, gave me a proper fade on my leg. Wendy took great care of me, very motherly and sweet. And KENNA!!! That’s my homie right there, an absolute angel ! this girl deserves a raise, she went above and beyond the call of duty. Wheeling me out I joked that I need to tear something else just so I can see them all again. I am serious Kenna was born to be a nurse she is HILARIOUS, sweet, patient, easy to talk to, not even slightly exasperated at any point (which with me is impressive) though I had to take 3 tries to pee post op. (Which she wheeled me to and helped me get in and out of) I understand that it’s part of her job but her attitude is angelic, making me laugh constantly. If I ever EVER have something happen (God forbid) I will be right back here!"
