"Bad experience scheduling procedures. It seems they don’t care about their customers waiting for months because simply they don’t have the correct contact information for other offices to coordinate a simple procedure. They just keep you hanging in there."
"I started goin in August 2022 n still have received no help. I call n get no where. I saw a dr hgu n went on my private ins barely got the test called into imagining ctr n Dr phong le saw n waiting for test he told me he was gona ask for. After all this hardship I am moving n changing drs omg wat a nightmare"
"The only thing they give care for is to make sure the patient feels the guilt for chronic pain use of painkiller, every visit is checking in with skeptic PCP who doesn't even know about the nature of the patient's terminal illness, rather wants to play authority and suggest mental help for extreme chronic pain, rather than painkiller, she made always uncomfortable then ask if if I have anxiety!!!! She was offended when my answer was : who would be in this condition and not have anxiety! The doctor forgets that I'm not supposed to have procedures, but just want to sell the stimulator, while the type of desiease I have is in the entire spine and joints of my body, which means this type of treatment is not going to help at all. 9 months of bad experience. I normally don't rate ."
