"The absolute worst place to go. The doctor charged 420 to my insurance and preformed only and ear check and told me to open my mouth and say ahhh. Doctor doesn't deserve any patience. Office doesn't deserve to be open. My worst doctor experience of my life. I only wanted a referral to a specialist....it took two months to get one and it was to a nurse practitioner....not even a doctor....it took another two weeks to get the referral that I needed two and a half months before. The worst!!! If anyone has had a similar experience then please comment so that it can become more promulgated. I'm embarrassed to have been a patient here. Horrible!!!"
"Went there believing that it would be a good family medicine Dr. I never received test results for blood work, they never forwarded my insurance to the blood lab that they use and they never called back after multiple messages asking about my blood results its been 5ish months with 10 or more voice-mails left to get a call back to no avail. I wish my experience was better because I would really enjoy having a pcp but these guys were not the ones."
"I just moved to the area and was very nervous about finding a doctor that was understanding and that I felt comfortable with. I had used my last one for years and she was hard to find. Dr. Valentin was GREAT! I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I have been a few times and everyone was nice and friendly. The office was clean and the wait was minimal. I have no complaints at all. THANK YOU PFMC!"
"Worst place to go to. The main receptionist is rude and unwilling to work with anyone. My insurance says it is accepted here, paperwork says how much the deductible is. And she still wants to argue it. When you're sick you don't want to argue with people about stuff that is beyond idiotic. I'd reccomend going elsewhere. If the front desk can't be professional, then that says something about the entire clinic."
"I’m frustrated and disappointed at the fact that I have on multiple occasions had bad experiences with more than one of these clinics that are all in the same network. Number one thing I want to say is they seem to hire a lot of incompetent people. One mistake is understandable but if multiple people in your clinics continue to make the same mistakes then something isn’t right in either your hiring process or in your training.. I’ve tried to be patient. I have been to different clinics within their network(unknowing of their affiliation). I thought maybe it’s one bad employee, one bad office.. but I’ve come to the conclusion that there are several people that seriously need to be re-evaluated in different offices. What are your standards for hiring people? I’ve encountered front desk people that were rude, and weren’t nice until I was rude back..I’ve been charged for surgery bills an entire year after surgery saying they didn’t have proof in their records. I paid the bill day of surgery?!? I’ve been called by several different people repeating the same information each time...is there no communication in your offices?? How can you own so many clinics/hospitals and there be so many mistakes made all the time. These aren’t flukes. They’re happening more than they should..and on a daily basis..I could go on for days, and I’m sorry to those that are doing their jobs right, but the rest of you..or whoever is in charge has got to do better. LATEST EXPERIENCE: I had an appointment at Cleveland Emergency Hospital, this morning at 10 am. I confirmed THREE times that it was at the Cleveland hospital off of S. Travis Avenue in Cleveland. THREE times. I drove there and the first woman I encountered was rude. I was told my son was not on their appointment list today so I called the referring clinic(Porter Family Medical) and the girl said, “Oh, your appointment was at the Deerbrook office in Humble.” I was in Cleveland. I tried to explain that I had confirmed the appointment THREE TIMES, and she replies, “Let me give you their number so you can call and ask if they can switch your appointment over to Cleveland and ask if you can be seen today.” To which I responded, “No, cancel it. All of it. I’m not calling.” Why should I have to do your job and call and ask if they can see me when this was supposed to be taken care of a week ago when I was contacted about the appointment in the first place?!? Do better, please. You’re wasting people’s time, energy, and ruining moods. People should be have better experiences when at the “Doctors”"
