"So disappointed in Kelsey Seybold. We brought our 4 yr old daughter to get ears checked and while there had the doctor take out a very small splinter in her finger. Took all of 3 seconds. They obviously coded this wrong and charged $833 for this 3 second procedure. My insurance had it reduced by $500, and my part was $313 dollars for this 3 second procedure. We dispute this as it had to be coded wrong. Makes no sense unless they were just a money grab. Got a call and said they would not adjust to a different code and now I am out $313. If I had known I would have taken the little splinter out at home, just thought while we were there, they could take care of it right quick. We live Kelsey so this is a real blow for us."
