"Don't waste your time here...I've been coming here since my son was born in 2021 and I have been severely disappointed in the care provided here. They are never there when you need them and when you are finally able to get in a slot, they tell you that you have to be there even earlier. Here's the story... My sons were both running fevers and their cousin was just diagnosed with hand, foot, mouth disease. Naturally I'm concerned. My youngest is running a fever of 102 and my eldest (3.5 years old) is running a fever of 101. Their last slot of the day is 1:30 pm. I'm thinking, maybe it won't be long for her to see both of them (based off the fact that she never spends more than 15 minutes in the room when I take my youngest to get checked up on every 3 months). Appointment at 1:30 pm and I have to arrive at 12:45 pm to get them both checked out. I tried to tell them that my husband is at work until 12:30 and that I would try to be there on time. Receptionist didn't even let me finish and told me, "You HAVE to be here early because we close at 2pm." Garbage customer service and garbage care. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else...truly disappointing."

"Called to set an appointment, arrived checked in sat down waited. They called me up after they realized what my symptoms are and decided a virtual visit was best for them even though they took me back and took my temperature. When you call and set the appointment you tell them what your symptoms are, I did and at the end I turned away although I didn't have a fever."

"Doctor is amazing but Insurance verification department doesn’t do their job. My daughter has been visiting every two months since her birth, has been on the same insurance since her birth. I always schedule visit in advance and they have my insurance info. But every time when I check in, they said insurance need to be verified and wait half an hour to get verified."

"My 4 month old had a fever of 101.7. I had initially trouble getting through to make an appointment over the phone, as it was the Monday after Thanksgiving. But I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr. Wong truly cares about children, and is super knowledgeable. As a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect, and she was very patient and taught me what to do. I reccomend her for all pediatrician needs."
