"I happily come here for Dr. Hamid - he is an absolutely talented and effective Neurologist and Pain Management Doctor. Every injection he has done for me has been done perfectly and he has a really nice bedside manner. He never rushed me through an appointment and he seems to care about my comfort. I definitely don't want to overshadow the good employees, but I've had hit or miss experiences with some of the support staff and another Doctor. It felt like the other Doctor interrupted half of the answers he asked me to give and then rushed the appointment so much that my Partner was audibly angry at how I was treated when he was done with us in about 5 minutes. It can also be difficult to actually reach someone by phone when calling and they don't have a history of calling back on time or even the same day. I addressed it directly with the office manager and it seems to have gotten better with time so that's good news. But for Dr. Hamid, any slight inconvenience seems worth it and he's always been open to feedback if I had any for him. I highly recommend him!"

"This is one beautiful, relaxing, and incredible medical office. As soon as you walk in, your hit by a pleasant and inviting fragrance. Most medical facilities make you feel sick even if you aren't actually ill; but that's not the case here, it's really thoughtfully decorated, the waiting area is clean and nicely laid out, the seating is incredibly comfy, and the ambiance is very relaxed. The staff at Innova Pain Center is incredibly kind, empathetic, and helpful. Finally, Doctor Hamid is just wonderful. He truly takes the time to listen to your story, is exceedingly empathetic, very caring, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. His demeanor and expertise certainly put us at ease and I'm sure is a chief reason why all of his patients adore him."
