"Terrible communication. I have made 2 appointments here and each time I arrived I have found I can’t be seen because a nurse practitioner isn’t there or they closed and didn’t contact me. They didn’t even accommodate to see me the next day when they chose to close and not contact me. I recommend. I recommend The Cullen location, I called let them know my situation and they let me come in day of, something this clinic wouldn’t do . Won’t be returning to this location."

"Ok seriously this place is awesome. 1st of all I'm so grateful to have these services available at no cost!! You can get all the check ups (blood/urine tests &a pap smear along w/ prescriptions!!) Until the day you turn 25 (these rules may change any time I assume) the staff was so kind & thorough. They really made me feel comfortable and made the visit as quick as possible. They even validate parking. Would highly recommend to any young females! Even the staff that I spoke with otp was so helpful & patient with directions to the clinic."

"The Teen Health Clinic at Ben Taub is a good place for woman and men to get check out their health for Free! They take women from age range: 14-22 years old (always give a call before hand to check the age range since the clinic is run on donations so age range might change). And men from 16-28 years old (again call to check it). I have gone to Ben Taub Teen Health Clinic since I was 16 through 22 years old. They do a woman examine, blood testing, birth control, and pregnancy testing. Also if a patient drives herself/himself to the appointment they will cover the cost of parking (just let them know that you drove to the appointment!) They will answer any questions a patient might have. It is a good place to know for a woman who needs to get checked but do not have the funds or insurance to go to a regular gynecologist. But now I go to a regular gynecologist since I have insurance."
