"My niece was recently receiving services here, and all I have to say is Wow! Whoever is in charge of therapy for teens has left a solid impact on my niece’s life. For the past month I have seen improvement and have heard nothing but positive comments from her in regards to the therapy she received at this location. A bonus is the receptionist at the front! She was so welcoming!"

"This clinic deserves 5 stars bc Psychiatrist and therapist are excellent, only hospital with outpatient program that really works for good; But this woman called Anna who's working as translator is really nosy, she caused a panic attack to my loved one asking and insisted for the reason why was traumatized, she did this inside the clinic, then she gossip about it outside the clinic, she asked me too but I refused to talk about that, it's personal/sensitive information and she got offended, it's annoying and violating of HIPAA law."

"I have actually reported this place to several agencies. I took my granddaughter there and one of the kids in the unit watched her get undressed, and I had to tell him to move because no one else would, and my Granddaughter threw up and they woke her up and made her clean it up herself instead of getting someone else to do it! Those are just three of the things that I witnessed; not to mention the HIPAA violation because they talked about the children in front of other parents. This doesn't even include the fact that the psychiatrist wrong the prescription wrong so I was giving her the wrong dose for three days! I couldn't even get them to tell me what dosage of meds she was on after she was discharged. I called the CEO, the Head Nurse, and several other people with no response. This place is horrible, and no one answers the phone when you are transferred to them, much less call you back when you need help."

"Physcharist Impersonated physcharist with staff in all black scrubs saw Dr raza once or twice saw several different people black males stating to be Dr raza. Why so meny people for one Dr on unit the unit was on? Am I crazy bc how is that relastic? Dr from past hospital I was at was there but made fun of patients that were truly there for help. Program and units/treatment were good three stars but not allowed insurance on unit4 inpatient maybe I can do this program on unit4 outpatient? Understaffed and wore out nurses."

"My only regret in writing this review is that I'm unable to rate it with breather accuracy and give it the NO STARS it so deserves. Absolute most horrendously disorganized, unprofessional and revoltingly RUDE and impolite as well as entirely incompetent and inept. Made an appointment not once, twice, but three times and each time upon the appointment date I called and they called I was crazy and had fabricated entire story. And they had even taken both mine and my husband's sensitive info such as SS#s etc. Three times; and after the first two they followed up on phone--no, not apologizing but REMINDING us of our "imaginary" upcoming appointments as well as expressing confusion (yet no remedy for the issue nor an apology for the rudeness) for the error in communication or whatever it might've been because they had NOOOO idea who messed up and proceeded rescheduling next day ONLY to have the exact same thing happen again. Happened again third time with no aploogy and I gave up, furious. Almost made me want to not quit using after getting my hopes up so many times for nothing. I believe they're running some fraud somehow, taking SS# and whatnot and making up wild lies. They also want damn near 300 dollars the first day. Most expensive and most awful experience I've ever had. Don't even bother. I opted going to somewhere much much further away (it was walking distance from me) and much cheaper. I'd rather keep ruining my life than be treated like such trash just for trying to better myself. Disgusting."
