"I really love this location. Reception was friendly and the wait time was short. Dr Anders was great, answered all my questions and asked the right questions and made note of them. The nurses were excellent, helped me with a couple of extra requests without making me feel like I was a burden or wasting their time. The lab techs were fast and efficient but also took the time to be observant of my reaction and made sure I was doing ok when taking blood. I've been here several times for the pharmacy but this was my first actual visit to the clinic. When picking up my meds everyone was always friendly and respectful from the pharmacists to the security guards and cleaning crew. It was the same for this visit, everyone I encountered were kind, caring and helpful. Everyone was smiling and working as a team. I work in healthcare and I can say this place is unlike many places I've been as a patient and as staff where people are not so kind to patients or each other. There's just an overall friendly and happy vibe no matter who you are, staff, patient with extra questions or random homeless person looking for shelter out of the rain, I've seen all of this and watched the staff go above and beyond to help and explain clearly vital information even if they had to repeat it over and over to overcome a language barrier, it was done with a smile. I love this location and will definitley be using it as my primary clinic."

"This place has great staff and doctors. Currently going through major renovations. Great location, bus stop located right by the front. If you get hungry there is the original 24hr Poppa Burger right across the street."

"This is a really nice facility. It's easy to get around once you learn where the various stations are. There are plenty of people around at all times that can point you in the right direction if needed. As well as help you out in a hurry if you have a problem. There are 2 good sized parking lots for patients and staff. That being said,be careful when visiting. There is construction work in progress and the sidewalk is narrow if you're coming from the lot across the street. It's really nice to see your doctor and have basic lab work in one place. There is a pharmacy in the building as well. Nurses are very polite and people. Not mindless robots. Overall I think this is a very good facility that is also really easy to get to. It sits on the edge of downtown without the b.s. hassle of the downtown area Being at the end of N.Main St it's easy to reach from I 45. Exit N. Main St from I45 South . Turn left on N. Main and keep going until you come up to the clinic. Simply turn left when leaving and head straight up to I 45."
