"The 3 stars are only for the physician here Dr palla. She is amazing. But that’s where the good part ends. The new staff is really bad. 2 weeks back I went there and I waited for 20 mins to be seen. Today , waited 10 mins to get a doctor note plus the reception kept me standing for 15 mins ( I just had a surgery few days back ) trying to book a stat ultrasound and at the end told me they have nothing for week. How can they not have an appointment for a priority ultrasound? The old reception staff was helpful and good but the new one are neither helpful , useful nor friendly. I hope they take care of this because doctors are really good. Edit - 2/20 - Here at the clinic for a followup. Another review about this extemely Un- courteous reception staff. Their attitude and behavior is as if they own this place. No “Please “ no hellos just commands. Go sit there , name ? Gustavo is the one I’d like to mention. It’s anyways getting difficult to even get appointments here , probably would look for another BSW clinic elsewhere."
"Really terrible - cant get an appointment at all and then I scheduled a flu shot, sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and finally they told me they didn’t have any of the vaccine in the clinic. Don’t recommend this clinic."
"I’ve been coming to this clinic for several years but they’ve become increasingly disorganized. The physicians and patient portal are good but every other bill is up coded (as a patient, you’ll waste a lot of time seeking corrections), you’ll be seen long after your scheduled time (I had to wait 40 minutes to for a basic lab — the clinic was closed until my appointment time / staff were all late), and there’s general miscommunication/late communication between providers and the technicians. I’ll be looking for a new clinic. It’s frustrating because I really like the physicians here but I am tired of wasting time, especially on the bill corrections"
"I had an annual wellness check. The doctor ordered a standard lab for blood check. Three months later, the lab didn't get money and sent me a bill. We had three calling and they told me to discard the invoice and they would refile the lab fee. Three months later, the lab sent me another invoice because they didn't get the money from Scott & White. I went to this clinic and they told me there are many patients encountered the same issues and the manager Sheryl Carpenter is working on the issues. Three months later, i received a letter from a collection company for unpaid lab fee. I went to this clinic again, the receptionist Angela told me she will let Sheryl Carpenter manager know the issue. I called Sheryl and she didn't answer my call. I messaged Sheryl and she didn't reply but Angela told me she is going to call the lab to resolve the issue. I called the collection company and they marked that the issue is being discussed and no action will be taken. I have messaged Sheryl Carpenter many times and leave voice messages for Angela and never receive any response. So please be aware of Scott & White insurance and this clinic. The yearly premium is over 9k and I just used one time annual check visit but they gave me so much trouble and some emotional damage"
"I got an appointment for my annual physical checkup online, one day left to the appointment they called to reschedule because Dr. was out, which is fine. Again, one day left to the next appointment they called and told I can't have my physical in my first visit, I need to "establish care" first and then do physical in a separate appointment. And by establishing care they just want to review my medical records and charge for a office visit while I do not have any problems. I never heard of this before. I just cancelled the appointment totally, would go with another provider, which cares about customers time."
